EXPLORE COTSWOLD CHARLOTTE

Evolving around its namesake, Cotswold Village Shops (built in the mid 1960s), the Cotswold neighborhood is quickly emerging as one of the most desirable areas in Charlotte.  Bordering several of Charlotte’s more exclusive neighborhoods, most notably SouthPark, Cotswold is taking the residential market by storm.  This community is not only a quick 5 miles from Center City, but is right next door to Charlotte’s edge city of SouthPark, making it a prime location nestled just outside of the hustle and bustle.  Cotswold is home to a wide array of fantastic retail shops, restaurants, bars, outdoor activities, with everything in between and more coming soon!

Since this area was originally developed in the 1950s and ‘60s, the real estate is comprised mostly of brick ranch styles or split level homes that were built on larger lot sizes of a half acre or more.  As such, it has attracted investors, contractors, and do-it-yourselfers to remodel and sale properties in this area. As with most areas in Charlotte, Cotswold is quickly growing and now offers more living options, such as new urban apartment complexes, traditional brick townhouses, and luxurious million dollar condominiums.

Notable attractions in Cotswold include: Cotswold Village Shops, Charlotte Swim & Racquet Club, Grayson Park, and Oakhurst Park.
